Over a busy week,the group learnt about the effects of smoking,interviewed
Bob Blackman MP and Alex Cunningham MP and also made three short
films and a documentary. They presented their opinion on current tobacco
legislation at the Museum of London and took part in a ‘Day of Action’
outside the British American Tobacco AGM.

Towards the end of the week we devised three story boards
for short 2-minute films about anti-smoking. We created videos
highlighting the negative side of smoking and what we learnt
during the week. We filmed and edited these videos and when they
were done we watched them back and evaluated them.

The videos wil be entered into a competition !

In July we are flying to Slovenia to carry on raising awareness
about the negative side of cigarettes and to work together to
prevent more young people smoking.

I am so excited to see everyone again because this EU exchange
has alowed me to make some realy good friends. Even though
we al live in different countries, I stil talk to a lot of them
every day. We're counting down the days until we see each other
again and we al have one thing in common - we al want to stop
others from taking up smoking!
