If the last year has confirmed anything, it’s our need to connect; to connect with family,
            friends, neighbours, the postman, the lady from the corner shop, everyone!

            This need is especially important for those living with lung cancer. Sharing
            experiences, concerns and apprehensions, offering advice about treatments and
            managing side effects and symptoms with those who truly understand is priceless.


            But Covid has meant services like our support groups and information days, which give
            people affected by lung cancer an opportunity to interact, have had to pause. Online
            forums have acted as a good substitute but sometimes, you just need to see, or at
            least hear, other people, other human voices.


            Enter Lung Cancer Connect!
            Running alongside our existing services, our Lung Cancer Connect project is designed
            to improve support to people affected by lung cancer in several ways:
