Food with thought
People with lung cancer can often struggle with loss of appetite
and/or diffi culty in eating or swallowing. This can make meal
times stressful and anxious.
Great British Menu fi nalist, Adam Simmonds, knows this better
than most. He saw his father, George, go through his own
battle with food and came up with simple and tasty meals. He’s
kindly shared one of his dad’s favourites with Inspire:
Chicken with tomatoes, peppers,
cauliflower and peas.
